Behold my hardest-to-look-at super villain, HYPNOSIS!

He is basically Mad Mod + Mysterio, and his helmet is inspired by Red Hood.

What he does is pull of crimes using the power of hypnotism, and he has many devices on his belt on other parts of his outfit that can induce everything from trances, unconsciousness, and obedience in his victims, all in many different forms too. He can use pheromones, vision, and even sound. I think he’s pretty cool, and I might make a reference sheet of him soon.
